About Wilson Plumbing Company
When Dick Wilson founded Wilson Plumbing Company in Kansas City, Missouri in 1946, the goal was simple; perform quality residential plumbing, water and sewer repair work. Achieve that goal, Wilson was sure, and success would take care of itself. More than 60 years later, the status of Wilson Plumbing Company today plainly illustrates that Dick Wilson took the right approach to starting and then managing his business.
Though much has changed over the years, today Wilson Plumbing Company still adheres to that same old-fashioned, modest and low key approach first established by the company's founder more than 60 years ago.
Sadly, Wilson Plumbing lost Dick Wilson as a result of an auto accident in 1997 and the reins were assumed by his partner and general manager, Don Moore.
Today, Wilson Plumbing Company focuses on storm sewer, water main and sanitary sewer projects for public sector clients and general contractors in the Kansas City Metro Area, while still maintaining a residential and small commercial division as well as a heavy trucking division. Wilson Plumbing is considered one of the top site utility contractors in the area.
Wilson Plumbing has always been a family oriented business and that philosophy continues as Don Moore is now joined by his sons, Randy Moore and Steven Moore, along with his grandsons Wes Moore and Spencer Moore to insure Wilson Plumbing Company will continue for another 60 years.
